Day-to-Day Duties

As a PGT Business Studies Teacher at Uttam International School, your key responsibilities will include:

- Teaching Business Studies to Class XI and XII students
- Preparing and delivering lesson plans, syllabi, and assignments
- Conducting board exam coaching and mentoring students for better performance
- Developing and implementing innovative teaching methods to engage students
- Maintaining student records, attendance, and progress reports
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and implementation
- Participating in staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Conducting parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress
- Coordinating with the school administration to implement school policies and programs
- Maintaining a positive and supportive classroom environment
- Encouraging students to participate in co-curricular activities and events

Required Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or Commerce (MBA/M.Com)
- B.Ed. degree from a recognized university
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Business Studies at the senior secondary level
- CTET or TET certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE/ICSE curriculum for Business Studies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
