Day-to-Day Duties

As a PGT Chemistry Teacher, your day-to-day duties will include:

- Preparing and delivering lessons on Chemistry to students of class 11 and 12
- Conducting practical experiments and demonstrations to illustrate complex concepts
- Developing and implementing differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Providing support and guidance to students who require extra help outside of class
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum
- Marking and providing feedback on student assessments and assignments
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievements
- Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to academic planning
- Conducting board exam preparation and coaching classes for students
- Contributing to the development of Chemistry curriculum and resources

Who Can Apply

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- A graduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.) with a B.Ed. or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a PGT Chemistry Teacher
- Strong knowledge of Chemistry curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and students
- A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs

Salary and Benefits
