About This Role
The PRT Music Teacher at Uttam International School will be responsible for teaching music to students from classes 1 to 5. You will design and implement engaging lesson plans, conduct music classes, and assess student progress.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver music classes to students from classes 1 to 5.
2. Create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
3. Conduct music demonstrations, workshops, and performances.
4. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
5. Collaborate with other teachers to design interdisciplinary projects.
6. Develop a music program that aligns with the school's curricular goals.
7. Participate in school events, concerts, and music festivals.
8. Maintain a well-organized and inclusive classroom environment.
Eligibility
Eligible candidates must have a post-graduate degree in Music or a related field, a B.Ed. degree, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching music to primary school students. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in teaching in international schools or those with a background in Western classical music.
Salary and Benefits
