5. Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and interventions.

7. Supervise and train student counsellors and volunteers.
8. Stay up-to-date with best practices in school counselling.
9. Liaise with external agencies and professionals as needed.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
* Postgraduate degree in Psychology (M.A., M.Sc.) or a related field
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
* NET or SET qualification
* 3 years of experience in school counselling or a related field
Good to Have:
* M.Ed degree
* CTET or TET qualification (though not mandatory)
* Experience working with diverse student populations
* Familiarity with school board policies and procedures
