Job Title: Physics Teacher (NEET Stream)

2. Preparing and administering assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and understanding of Physics concepts.
3. Developing and implementing engaging learning materials, including lesson plans, worksheets, and multimedia resources, to cater to students with varying learning styles.
4. Providing individualized support and guidance to students who require additional assistance, including extra classes and remedial work.
5. Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs that promote student learning and academic achievement.
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, attendance, and assessment results.
7. Participating in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events to promote effective communication and collaboration.
8. Staying current with developments in Physics education, including new technologies, teaching methods, and curriculum changes.

Salary and Compensation
The salary for this position is as follows:
* Basic salary: Rs. 50,000 per month
* Allowances: Rs. 10,000 per month (including HRA and TA)
* Performance-based incentives: up to 10% of basic salary
* Other benefits: medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid leave
