Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field from a recognized university.
Postgraduate qualification in English or Education (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting.
Strong subject knowledge and proficiency in English language and literature.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans and assessments.
Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
No TET certification required, but a passion for teaching and mentoring is a must.
