Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lessons to students, utilizing a range of teaching methods and resources.

- Coach students for board exams, identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to enhance performance.
- Evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting targets for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a comprehensive learning environment that promotes academic excellence.
- Participate in school events, such as parent-teacher meetings and career guidance sessions.
- Develop and maintain resources, materials, and equipment for the Business Studies department.
- Supervise students during breaks and ensure their safety and well-being.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the school administration.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must possess a post-graduate degree in Business Studies or a related field, with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of three years of teaching experience is required, with a proven track record of academic achievement. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not essential.
