Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced PGT Business Studies Teacher to join our faculty team at Ramjas School, Chanakya Puri, Central Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Business Studies to students in Classes 11 and 12, and will also be expected to contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and assessment strategies. Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Business Studies to students in Classes 11 and 12, using a range of teaching methodologies and resources to engage students and promote learning.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners, and that are aligned with the school's curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Assess student learning and progress, and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the school's curriculum and assessment strategies.
- Contribute to the school's extracurricular program, including supporting student clubs and activities related to Business Studies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
- Participate in school meetings and professional development activities.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required by the school.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a postgraduate degree in Business Studies or a related field, and a strong background in teaching Business Studies at the senior secondary level. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is also required. While a TET or CTET qualification is not necessary, experience of working in a school setting and a strong commitment to teaching and learning are essential. Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a salary of Rs.40,000 - Rs.60,000 per month, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, leave entitlements, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
