Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and deliver Economics lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum standards for Classes 11 and 12.
Prepare study materials, question banks, and practical assignments for Economics Teacher Vacancy in Central Delhi.
Assess student performance through periodic tests, projects, and viva voce examinations.
Maintain updated records of attendance, marks, and student progress reports.
Organize classroom discussions on current economic issues relevant to students.
Conduct remedial sessions for students requiring additional support in Economics.
Collaborate with subject teachers for inter-disciplinary projects and school events.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school academic committees.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Economics from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with specialization in Social Science.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Economics at the senior secondary level.
Good to Have
Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) certification.
Experience in curriculum development or textbook writing for Economics.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online assessment platforms.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication skills to explain complex economic theories clearly.
Ability to engage students through interactive teaching methods.
