Duration: Academic year basis, renewable subject to performance and institutional needs
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English language instruction to students across designated grade levels, adhering to the prescribed curriculum framework and learning outcomes.
2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that incorporate communicative language teaching methodologies, differentiated instruction, and technology integration where appropriate.
3. Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and performance metrics as required by institutional and regulatory standards.
5. Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development workshops, and professional development programs to enhance teaching effectiveness and stay current with best practices in English language education.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and cross-curricular initiatives that promote language acquisition and literacy skills.
7. Uphold the school’s policies on classroom management, student conduct, and academic integrity.
8. Contribute to the school’s extracurricular activities, including but not limited to, English language clubs, debates, and literary events.
9. Comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to teaching, including but not limited to, the Right to Education (RTE) Act, 2009, and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF).

1. The NTT English Teacher shall demonstrate a high level of proficiency in English language skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
