Job Overview
We need a warm NTT Hindi Teacher to lead nursery and kindergarten sections at Rishabh Public School. The role is full-time, focused solely on Hindi language immersion through stories, songs and hands-on activities. Experience of at least two years in pre-primary Hindi teaching is essential.
Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and conduct daily Hindi phonics sessions using picture cards and flash cards.
Organize storytelling circles with local folktales to build listening and speaking skills.
Lead activity-based learning through rhymes, role-plays and simple conversations.
Create classroom corners with Hindi alphabet charts and word walls for Mayur Vihar learners.
Design monthly Hindi festival activities such as Independence Day rhymes or Diwali songs.
Collaborate with the NTT team to rotate special corners every fortnight.
Communicate progress through informal notes and daily WhatsApp updates with parents.
Attend weekly Hindi team meetings in the staff room to share ideas and resources.
Eligibility
Postgraduate degree in Hindi or relevant subject.
D.El.Ed or B.Ed with Hindi specialization.
Minimum two years of NTT teaching experience in Hindi.
Familiarity with activity-based teaching and classroom corners.
Comfort in using simple Hindi for instructions and conversations with children.
