Organize unit tests, mock exams, and revision schedules to boost student performance. Track student progress and provide targeted guidance for weak areas. Assist in designing question banks and sample papers for board exam readiness. Collaborate with senior staff on academic planning and curriculum updates. Participate in school events like science fairs and parent-teacher meetings.
Eligibility
Postgraduate degree in Chemistry with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university. B.Ed or M.Ed degree mandatory. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Chemistry at senior secondary level. NET/SET qualified candidates will be preferred. Strong command over Hindi and English required for classroom and administrative communication.
Perks and Pay
Salary ranges from Rs.30,000 to Rs.60,000 per month based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include PF, medical reimbursement, and festival bonuses.
