Mathematics (PGT) Vacancy in Mayur Vihar, East Delhi, Delhi
Bhai Parmanand Vidya Mandir
Job Description
The ideal candidate will move beyond rote memorization to instill deep conceptual clarity through inquiry-based learning. We value a blend of the Socratic method and problem-based learning where students are encouraged to derive formulas rather than just apply them. You will employ a data-driven approach to identify learning gaps and use visual aids, mathematical software like GeoGebra, and real-world applications to make complex calculus and algebra accessible. We expect a teacher who bridges the gap between theoretical theorems and practical applications in engineering, data science, and economics.

We offer a structured trajectory for those seeking long-term professional advancement and leadership roles.
Phase 1 (Years 1 to 3): Senior PGT and Subject Matter Expert. Focus on curriculum design, board result excellence, and mastering digital pedagogy tools.
