PGT Physics Teacher Job in East Delhi, Delhi
Job Overview

Your Students
As a PGT Physics Teacher, you will be working with students from diverse learning levels, including those with special needs, in an inclusive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver high-quality Physics lessons to students in classes 11 and 12, ensuring that they meet the requirements of the CBSE board exam.
2. Create and implement differentiated instruction plans to cater to the diverse needs of students, including those with special needs and learning difficulties.
3. Provide one-on-one support to students who require extra help, and collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement support plans.
4. Assess and evaluate student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and making recommendations for improvement.
5. Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and motivation, including project-based learning and hands-on activities.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement whole-school approaches to physics education, including curriculum development and staff training.
7. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
8. Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this role, you must have a postgraduate degree in Physics (M.Sc. or M.A.) with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree. You should also have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school. CTET or TET certification is not required for this role.
