What You Will Do

- Teach Psychology to senior secondary students, including theory and practical sessions.
- Prepare students for Psychology board exams by creating and implementing effective study plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and development.
- Mentor junior teachers and provide guidance on teaching methodologies.
- Participate in academic planning and department-level activities.
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.

Required Qualifications

- M.A. or M.Sc. in Psychology or a related field.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. with a specialization in Psychology.
- NET or SET in Psychology (desirable).
- 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized school.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and teaching methods.
