Job Description
Sneh International School is seeking a highly skilled TGT Computer Science Teacher Job in East Delhi, Delhi to join our faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Computer Science to students from 6th to 10th standard. The school aims to provide quality education and inculcate a passion for Computer Science among our students.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Plan and deliver Computer Science lessons to students from 6th to 10th standard.
2. Prepare and administer periodic assessments to evaluate student progress.
3. Develop and maintain a safe and organized computer laboratory.
4. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Computer Science with other subjects.
5. Utilize various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
6. Provide individualized attention to students with special needs.
7. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
8. Participate in school activities and events to promote Computer Science.
9. Engage with parents to discuss student progress and provide feedback.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (M.Sc. Computer Science, MCA, M.Tech)
- B.Ed or equivalent (B.Ed, D.El.Ed)
- CTET or TET not required for this role
- Valid NET or SET certification (NET, SET)
- 3 years of teaching experience in Computer Science
Good to Have:
- MBA or M.Ed (MBA, M.Ed)
- M.A. or M.Sc. in Computer Science (M.A, M.Sc)
- Experience in teaching Computer Science to 6th to 10th standard students
- Familiarity with Delhi education system and curriculum
Preferred Skills
• Strong knowledge of Computer Science concepts and curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude
• Familiarity with computer software and programming languages
• Willingness to participate in school activities and events
Salary and Benefits
• Salary: Rs.30,000 - Rs.40,000 per month
• Other benefits as per school policy
