Role Summary

- Develop and implement lesson plans for English classes, incorporating various teaching methods and activities.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide one-on-one guidance and support to students who require extra help.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement co-curricular activities, such as debates, quizzes, and literary festivals.
- Assist in preparing students for board exams, including mock tests and practice papers.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the English department.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and provide feedback.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this position, you must have a postgraduate degree in English (M.A. or M.Sc.) and a B.Ed. degree. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have cleared the CTET or TET examination. Your teaching experience should be in an English medium school, preferably in East Delhi.
