About This Role
Sneh International School is building a senior leadership profile in its Hindi department at Preet Vihar. This role is a blend of classroom excellence and departmental stewardship for grades 6 to 10. As the Hindi department head, you will own curriculum design, teacher mentoring, and board-exam outcomes while maintaining the school’s reputation for strong Hindi performance in East Delhi.
Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and deliver the Hindi curriculum for grades 6–10 with an emphasis on reading comprehension, grammar, and creative writing. Set term-wise milestones, periodic assessments, and mock-test schedules that align with CBSE expectations.
Guide a team of junior Hindi teachers through weekly mentoring sessions, classroom observations, and resource sharing to raise overall departmental scores. Conduct demo lessons and co-teach challenging chapters to model effective pedagogy.
Oversee the Hindi board-exam preparation cycle, including question-paper reviews, answer-sheet marking trends, and parent workshops in Hindi to build confidence ahead of final exams. Represent the department in inter-school Hindi competitions and inter-house events.
Who Can Apply
Postgraduate in Hindi with B.Ed and minimum 5 years of TGT Hindi teaching experience. NET or SET in Hindi preferred. Prior academic coordination or departmental leadership in a CBSE school is an advantage.

What You Get
