* A Bachelor's degree in English Literature or a related field, with a valid B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification
* A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
* Proficiency in English language and literature, with a strong understanding of curriculum design and delivery
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
