What You Will Do

As an NTT English Teacher at Lilawati Vidya Mandir School, you will be responsible for leading the English curriculum, mentoring junior staff members, and guiding students to achieve outstanding board results. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Designing and implementing engaging English language lessons for students from Class 6 to 12
* Mentoring junior English teachers and providing guidance on lesson planning and delivery
* Conducting regular assessments and providing constructive feedback to students
* Collaborating with the Vice Principal and other faculty members to achieve school goals
* Contributing to the development of school policies and procedures related to English education
* Participating in staff development programs and staying updated on the latest teaching methodologies
* Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment for students
* Collaborating with the school administration to achieve academic excellence
* Preparing students for English language proficiency tests and board exams
* Developing and implementing projects to enhance English language skills
* Conducting regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this role, you must possess:

* A Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
* A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
* At least 5 years of teaching experience in English, preferably in a school setting
* NET or SET certification is preferred but not mandatory
* Strong knowledge of English language and literature
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
* Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
