About This Role

Key Responsibilities

Design monthly theme-based projects that integrate vocabulary, storytelling, and phonics.
Conduct weekly assessment sheets and maintain individual student portfolios.
Organize reading corners and library drives to foster early reading habits.
Mentor 3-4 NTT teachers, conduct demo lessons, and provide feedback on pedagogy.
Coordinate with the senior school English team to ensure vertical alignment of language skills.
Prepare students for inter-house English recitation and elocution competitions.
Support the school in achieving consistent high board results in Class V English.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in English or Education required.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed with minimum 5 years of post-qualification teaching experience in NTT English.
CTET or TET preferred for regulatory alignment.
Experience in phonics-based curriculum and early literacy programs is essential.
Familiarity with CBSE primary English syllabus and assessment formats is necessary.
