Who You Will Teach
As an NTT Hindi Teacher at K-iit World School, you will be teaching students from diverse learning levels, including Nursery to Class V. You will be working in an inclusive classroom environment where every learner is valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Hindi language lessons that cater to the needs of all learners
- Develop and implement differentiated instructional strategies to support students with varying learning styles and abilities
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social-emotional growth and well-being
- Foster a love for Hindi language and culture in students
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide instructional programs
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Stay updated with curriculum developments and pedagogical best practices
- Participate in school-wide professional development programs to enhance teaching skills
- Support students with special needs and English language learners
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate degree in Hindi or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in inclusive pedagogy and teaching students with varying learning abilities
- Patience and understanding when working with students who require additional support
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and parents
