Job Overview
Yuvashakti Model School is seeking a qualified and experienced PGT Hindi Teacher to join our faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi to senior secondary students, preparing them for board exams, and guiding them in their academic pursuits. As a PGT Hindi Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the language and literary skills of our students.
What You Will Do
- Teach Hindi to senior secondary students, focusing on language, literature, and cultural aspects
- Prepare students for board exams, ensuring they achieve the best possible results
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum activities
- Participate in departmental meetings to discuss academic planning and coordination
- Mentor junior teachers and provide guidance on teaching methods and strategies
- Contribute to school events and activities that promote Hindi language and culture
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Hindi language and literature
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about student progress
Eligibility
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi with a specialization in Literature or Language
- B.Ed. or equivalent qualification in Education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching Hindi at the senior secondary level
- Strong knowledge of Hindi language, literature, and cultural aspects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to student-centered learning and academic excellence
