Job Overview
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced TGT Chemistry Teacher to join K-iit World School in Rohini, North West Delhi, Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Chemistry to students from classes 9 to 12, as per the CBSE curriculum.
Teaching Approach (specific to Chemistry — practical methods, tools, lab or activity work)
At K-iit World School, we believe in hands-on learning and practical experiments to make Chemistry accessible and engaging for our students. Our Chemistry teacher will be expected to design and conduct experiments, use various teaching aids, and encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver Chemistry lessons to classes 9 to 12, as per the CBSE curriculum
- Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations to illustrate key concepts in Chemistry
- Use various teaching aids, such as videos, simulations, and multimedia resources, to enhance student learning
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students and improve learning outcomes
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Chemistry with other subjects, such as Physics and Biology
- Participate in staff development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest developments in Chemistry
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Contribute to the development of the school's Chemistry curriculum and resources
Eligibility Criteria (Chemistry-specific degrees and certifications)
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have a post-graduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc. or M.A. in Chemistry) or a related field. A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree is also mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with a TET/CTET certification, although it is not mandatory.

Salary and Benefits
