Key Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry to students from 6th to 10th standard with expertise in curriculum leadership and board exam coaching.
- Prepare and execute lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in developing and implementing Chemistry curriculum for the school.
- Coach students for board exams and ensure they achieve satisfactory results.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Chemistry with other subjects and promote interdisciplinary learning.
- Organize and conduct practical activities, experiments, and projects to enhance student understanding of Chemistry concepts.
- Maintain a well-organized and student-friendly classroom environment, promoting active learning and participation.
- Serve as a mentor and guide for students, encouraging them to ask questions and explore Chemistry concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.) with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
- Possession of a B.Ed. degree or equivalent is essential.
- Preference will be given to candidates with TET or CTET certification.
- Strong academic background with a keen interest in teaching and mentoring students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
