Role Summary
K-iit World School in Rohini, North West Delhi, Delhi is seeking a TGT English Teacher to join its team.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Teach English Language and Literature to students of Class VI to X
2. Prepare and deliver lesson plans to meet the needs of students
3. Assess student progress and provide feedback
4. Develop and implement engaging and interactive English language teaching methods
5. Maintain a well-organized and inclusive classroom environment
6. Communicate with parents and colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience
7. Participate in school events and activities
8. Keep up-to-date with curriculum and assessment requirements
9. Contribute to the school's English language teaching team
Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in English Literature or related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification
- Teaching experience of at least 3 years in a school setting
- Strong subject matter expertise in English Language and Literature
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Good to Have:
- CTET or TET qualification
- Experience teaching in a school with a diverse student population
- Familiarity with the NCERT English language curriculum
- Strong organizational and time management skills
