About This Role (immediate joining preferred)
We require a highly motivated and qualified English Teacher to cater to the academic needs of our students. The ideal candidate should be skilled in teaching English language and literature to students of middle and secondary school standards. The role demands strong conceptual understanding, effective classroom management, and a collaborative approach to teaching.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, deliver, and assess English language and literature lessons to students of classes 6th to 10th.
2. Develop and implement engaging practical activities to promote student participation and performance improvement.
3. Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
4. Collaborate with peers to design and implement curriculum-based projects and activities.
5. Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
6. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
7. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning and well-being.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate should hold a Master's degree in English (M.A. English) or a related field, with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification. A strong academic record and relevant teaching experience are essential. CTET qualification is not mandatory, but desirable. The candidate should be familiar with the curriculum and teaching practices of the CBSE board.
Salary and Benefits
