Role Summary
The TGT Hindi Teacher will be responsible for teaching Hindi to students from Class VI to Class X, as per the CBSE curriculum. The successful candidate will have excellent teaching skills, a strong command of the Hindi language, and the ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Prepare and teach Hindi lessons to students of Class VI to Class X.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the academic needs of students.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement co-curricular activities.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and communicate with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in school events and activities that promote Hindi language and culture.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Hindi language and literature.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
- TET/CTET certification is preferred but not essential.
- Strong command of the Hindi language, including reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and assessments that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
