- Foster a culture of critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Mathematics with other subjects.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance teaching, learning, and student engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in school-wide events, workshops, and professional development programs.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university.
- CTET/TET certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching Mathematics at the secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics, curriculum, and pedagogy.
Good to Have
- Post-graduate degree in Mathematics or related field.
- Experience in teaching Mathematics to students with diverse abilities.
- Familiarity with digital tools and educational technology.
