What You Will Do

- Design and implement an engaging Physical Education curriculum for students from grades 6 to 12.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality teaching practice, ensuring students achieve excellent board results in Physical Education.
- Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their teaching skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the school's Physical Education policy.
- Participate in departmental meetings, contributing to the planning and implementation of departmental activities.
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents, keeping them informed about student progress and achievements.
- Participate in school events and competitions, promoting Physical Education and sports among students.
- Collaborate with the school's administration to develop and implement policies related to Physical Education.

Eligibility Criteria

- A postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Physical Education, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role.
- A valid TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- A good understanding of the curriculum and assessment requirements for Physical Education.
