Role Summary

3. Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure maximum learning outcomes.
4. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Physics curricula and assessments.
6. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or Head of Department.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:
* Post-graduate degree in Physics (B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as major subjects) or B.Ed/D.El.Ed with Physics as a subject.
* At least 3 years of experience in teaching Physics in a school setting.
* B.Ed/D.El.Ed is preferred, but not mandatory (TET/CTET not required).
* Strong subject matter expertise and pedagogical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will be offered a competitive salary of Rs.20,000 - Rs.40,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Other benefits will include health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional development.
