Role Summary
Sanskrit Teacher Job in North West Delhi requires a dedicated professional to teach Sanskrit language and literature to students from 6th to 10th standard. As a TGT Sanskrit Teacher, you will be an integral part of our academic team at Prabhu Dayal Public School.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Sanskrit language and literature
- Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans and assessments
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement academic programs
- Conduct periodic assessments and provide feedback to students
- Prepare students for Sanskrit language proficiency tests and exams
- Participate in school-wide academic coordination and activities
- Conduct extra-curricular activities to promote Sanskrit language and culture
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Communicate effectively with parents and students regarding academic progress
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sanskrit or a related field
- B.Ed or equivalent in Sanskrit
- NET or SET qualification in Sanskrit (desirable)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Sanskrit in a school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
