How You Will Teach


In this role, you will use a range of digital tools to engage students and facilitate learning. You will design and deliver lessons that incorporate multimedia resources, online simulations, and interactive activities to cater to different learning styles. You will also use the school's LMS to track student progress, provide feedback, and communicate with parents.

Key Responsibilities


As a PGT English Teacher, your key responsibilities will include:

* Planning and delivering lessons for students from Class 6 to Class 12
* Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Using digital tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences
* Assessing and tracking student progress
* Providing feedback and guidance to students
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
* Participating in staff development and training programs
* Using the school's LMS to manage assignments and communicate with students and parents
* Integrating technology into English language teaching to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
* Developing and implementing assessment strategies to evaluate student learning

Eligibility Criteria


To be considered for this role, you must have:

* A post-graduate degree in English (M.A. or M.Phil.) from a recognized university
* A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized institution
* At least 3 years of teaching experience in English at the senior secondary level
* Proficiency in using digital tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
