About This Role
Arwachin International School is seeking an accomplished PGT Physics Teacher to join its faculty in Shahdara, Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics to students.
What You Will Do
- Teach Physics to students from classes VI to XII.
- Develop and deliver engaging Physics lessons, incorporating technology and innovative teaching methods.
- Assess students' understanding of Physics concepts and provide feedback.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate with parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and assessments.
- Conduct experiments and demonstrations in the Physics lab.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement new Physics projects and activities.
- Maintain a safe and organized Physics lab.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
- Master's degree in Physics or related field (M.Sc, M.A.)
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification
- 3+ years of experience in teaching Physics
- Strong knowledge of Physics concepts and curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good to Have
- Experience in teaching in a school setting
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and assessment procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
