Role Summary
The Samarth School, located in the heart of Vivek Vihar, Shahdara, Delhi, is seeking a Sports Hod to lead its sports department. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for promoting sports culture and managing sports activities at the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage sports coaches and support staff
- Develop and implement sports policies and programs
- Organize and oversee sports events, tournaments, and competitions
- Manage sports equipment, facilities, and infrastructure
- Liaise with parents, teachers, and local sports organizations
- Conduct sports assessments and evaluations
- Maintain records and reports of sports activities
- Collaborate with other departments to promote sports and physical education
- Ensure compliance with school rules and regulations
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sports administration or management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with school sports policies and regulations

What You Get
