Job Overview

Day-to-Day Duties
1. Plan and conduct guitar classes for students as part of our co-curricular activities.
2. Collaborate with the music department to develop and implement a comprehensive music program.
3. Ensure the maintenance of school instruments, including guitars, to ensure optimal performance.
4. Conduct rehearsals and performances for school events and functions.
5. Develop and implement music-based projects to enhance student engagement and participation.
6. Provide guidance and support to students participating in music competitions and events.
7. Assist in organizing music-related events, festivals, and concerts within the school premises.
8. Develop a guitar program that caters to diverse student interests and skill levels.
Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- A graduate degree with a specialization in music or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Guitarist in a school setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Good to Have:
- Certification in music education or a related field (e.g., A.R.R.O. or Trinity College London)
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation
Preferred Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills to handle a team of students and staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Salary and Benefits
