About This Role
We are hiring a Non-Teaching-Trained (NTT) Hindi Teacher to join our team at Dev Samaj Modern School. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
What You Will Do
- Teach Hindi to students of various age groups and skill levels
- Prepare lesson plans and materials to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve their performance
- Develop and implement engaging classroom activities to promote student participation
- Use technology to enhance the learning experience and improve student outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver interdisciplinary projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and the broader community

- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Hindi or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and self-improvement
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of Rs.14,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, in addition to a range of benefits including:
