What You Will Do
- Develop and implement lesson plans for Mathematics classes at the elementary and secondary levels.
- Conduct classes for students and provide individual attention as needed.
- Use a variety of teaching aids and resources to make Math learning interesting and interactive.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the Math curriculum.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of Mathematics exams and assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects.
- Participate in staff development programs to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Mathematics or a related field. A TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics and its application to real-life situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use technology and multimedia resources to enhance teaching and learning.
- Familiarity with Indian curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Willingness to work in a team and contribute to the development of the institution.
Perks and Pay
The successful candidate will be offered a salary ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
