Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons to students from Class XI to XII
- Develop and implement curriculum that caters to diverse learning needs
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a cohesive Business Studies program
- Engage with parents through regular progress reports and parent-teacher meetings
- Participate in school events and activities that promote Business Studies and entrepreneurship
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Business Studies and share knowledge with colleagues
- Develop and manage resources required for Business Studies lessons
- Supervise students during extracurricular activities related to Business Studies
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this role, you must possess a post-graduate degree in Business Studies or a related field. B.Ed/D.El.Ed certification is mandatory, with TET/CTET certification preferred. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Business Studies is required, with a proven track record of academic excellence.
