Assisting in organizing school-level science fairs, chemistry competitions, and workshops to encourage student participation in scientific exploration.
Ensuring alignment with CBSE syllabus while adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse student learning levels. Collaborating with the science faculty to develop interdisciplinary projects, such as environmental chemistry or industrial applications of chemical principles. Maintaining updated laboratory resources and safety protocols for practical chemistry experiments.
Qualification and Experience:
Hold a postgraduate degree in Chemistry with at least a second-class or equivalent from a recognized university. Possess either a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to qualify for teaching roles in Delhi schools. Two years of relevant teaching experience in high school or equivalent institutions is mandatory. Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and examination patterns is highly desirable.
A passion for chemistry education and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse student backgrounds are essential. Experience in using digital tools like virtual labs or educational software would be an asset.
Compensation and Location:
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month, along with benefits like transportation allowance and access to school facilities.
