TGT Academic Coordinator and Social Science Teacher Position at K.S.K. Academy in Kalkaji, South Delhi

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement engaging Social Science lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum, ensuring academic rigor and student interest.
2. Coordinate academic activities, including workshops and field trips, to enhance students’ understanding of historical, political, and geographical concepts.
3. Supervise classroom management, fostering a disciplined yet inclusive learning environment for diverse student backgrounds.
4. Collaborate with the academic team to assess student performance, identify learning gaps, and develop targeted improvement strategies.
5. Prepare and maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and academic achievements for reporting and tracking.
6. Represent K.S.K. Academy in academic meetings, ensuring smooth communication between teachers, parents, and administrative staff.
7. Stay updated on educational trends and curriculum updates in Social Science to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
8. Assist in organizing extracurricular events related to Social Science, such as debates, model rallies, or cultural programs.
9. Review and evaluate teaching resources, textbooks, and assessment tools to improve instructional quality.
10. Provide mentorship to junior teachers, sharing best practices in Social Science education and classroom leadership.
This role offers a competitive salary of Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month, along with opportunities to shape K.S.K. Academy’s academic excellence in South Delhi. A graduate with a strong foundation in Social Science and at least three years of teaching experience is preferred. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential, along with a valid TET/CTET certificate for preference.
