TGT English Teacher Job in South Delhi, Delhi | School Recruitment
Amity International School | Saket is looking for an experienced TGT English Teacher to join its dynamic faculty in South Delhi. The role involves delivering engaging lessons to classes 6 to 8 in a progressive learning environment.
Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver curriculum‑aligned English lessons for grades 6‑8.
2. Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes and examinations.
3. Design and implement creative teaching strategies to enhance language skills.
4. Maintain accurate attendance, marksheets and student records.
5. Participate in curriculum development and school‑wide initiatives.
6. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance.
7. Mentor and support junior staff members and interns.
8. Contribute to extracurricular activities that promote language proficiency.
Qualification and experience
A postgraduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 4 years teaching experience is required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory; TET/CTET is not compulsory but preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong command of English language and pedagogical skills.
Salary and location
Rs.25,000 – Rs.35,000 per month, full‑time, South Delhi (Saket).
