Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Social Science lessons to students in grades 6-10
- Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans and assessments
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Engage with parents through regular updates and progress reports
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and events
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies
- Conduct periodic assessments and evaluations to measure student progress
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Social Science education
- Attend training and professional development sessions as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A postgraduate degree in Social Science or a related field
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of the Indian Social Science curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
