About This Role
This Hindi Teacher position at a School in Kalkaji, South East Delhi, Delhi is now accepting applications for a highly motivated and experienced teacher to join the Hindi department at Dev Samaj Modern School. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi to students from Class 1 to 12. Day-to-Day Duties
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver Hindi lessons to students from Class 1 to 12.
2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
3. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
4. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievement.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
6. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide decision-making.
7. Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
8. Use technology to enhance teaching and learning.
9. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
- Good knowledge of Hindi language and literature.
- Experience of teaching Hindi to students from Class 1 to 12.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to Have:
- CTET or TET qualification.
- Experience of teaching in a school setting.
- Knowledge of curriculum design and development.
Preferred Skills
• Strong subject knowledge and expertise in Hindi language and literature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use technology to enhance teaching and learning.
• Experience of working with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of Rs.15,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
