Role Summary

Day-to-Day Duties
Plan daily phonics and vocabulary sessions using picture cards and flashcards
Conduct interactive storytelling with props and gestures for better comprehension
Organize rhyme recitals and action songs to improve pronunciation and rhythm
Facilitate group activities that encourage speaking and listening in English
Create classroom corners with alphabet walls and word charts
Use flashcards and puppets to teach basic English words and phrases
Assess learners through simple quizzes, rhyme performances and show-and-tell
Communicate progress to parents during informal meets and written notes
Who Can Apply
Must Have
Postgraduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed
Minimum 2 years of NTT English teaching experience
Familiarity with NTT pedagogy and play-way methods
Good to Have
CTET or TET qualified
Experience in Dwarka or South West Delhi schools
Training in phonics and storytelling techniques
Preferred Skills
Ability to design activity-based lessons for ages 3 to 6
Strong classroom management with a warm and patient approach
Fluent English with clear articulation for young learners
