Daily lessons will cover grammar, vocabulary expansion, and creative expression, including poetry, short stories, and essay writing. The teacher will also prepare students for board exams by offering targeted revision sessions and sample question practice. Additionally, the role involves mentoring students in extracurricular Hindi clubs or literary events, encouraging participation in school-level competitions like essay writing, debate, and elocution. Collaborating with the Hindi department head, the teacher will review lesson plans, assess student progress, and adjust teaching strategies based on feedback from both students and peers.
To qualify for this PGT Hindi Teacher position, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related discipline, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of two years of teaching experience in Hindi at the secondary level is required, preferably in a reputed school or educational institution.
