Delhi English Academy is inviting applications for a full‑time TGT Biology Teacher to join its team in Dwarka, South West Delhi. The role focuses on delivering biology lessons to students in a dynamic school environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging biology lessons for classes in accordance with the school curriculum.
Use laboratory equipment and visual aids to enhance student understanding of biological concepts.
Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes and practical work, and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects and school events.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Biology or related field.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of contemporary biology topics and ability to explain them clearly to secondary students.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience at the secondary level, preferably in a school setting.
Experience with laboratory instruction and student assessment is essential.
Salary
Rs.18,000 – Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Working Conditions
