Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating real-world examples, multimedia resources, and technology integration
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student participation, respect, and empathy
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide English language programs
- Stay updated on curriculum developments, pedagogical best practices, and assessment methodologies
- Participate in school events, workshops, and training programs to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends
Required Qualifications
New Era Public School requires a TGT English Teacher with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree in English or a related field. A Post Graduate degree in English or a related field is an added advantage. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.

- Proven teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in Dwarka, South West Delhi, Delhi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet
