- Prepare students for Hindi language proficiency tests.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching materials.
- Participate in school events and activities related to Hindi language and literature.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university.
- CTET qualification (Central Teacher Eligibility Test).
- NET or SET qualification (optional).
Good to Have
- M.A. or M.Sc in Hindi or English literature.
- Experience of teaching Hindi to students from 6th to 10th standard.
- Familiarity with Hindi language proficiency tests and assessments.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Familiarity with collaborative teaching methods and approaches.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Other benefits may include health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
