Role Summary

As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to our students and contributing to the development of our curriculum.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons to students from grades 6 to 12.
- Develop and implement a range of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Coach students for English board exams and provide individualized support to students who require extra help.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement school-wide English language programs.
- Participate in departmental meetings to discuss curriculum development, assessment, and other issues related to English language teaching.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in English language teaching and incorporate new ideas into your teaching.
- Supervise students during English language-related activities and events.
- Participate in school events and contribute to the development of a positive school culture.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in English or a related field, along with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience is required, with a strong background in English language teaching. CTET or TET certification is preferred but not essential.
